Feb 26th, 2024. I Really Tried to Network Saturday Night.

Let's first start out during the day. Nothing at all to do with networking, but a lot to do with the continued feeling of love I had well on through the night. I met up Ralph, my sister's boyfriend, soon to be husband, cause they are just so much in love, you just know (smiley face and wanting to throw up, and not the throwing up like you're disgusted, but the throwing up, of happiness that just consumes you when you see them together. This vomit of, "I love you guys soooooooo much" every 30 to 45 seconds at their faces and just tears you're trying to hold back cause you're just so happy for your sister and Ralph. Which then turns into the excitement and nervouseness, for when that day comes, you feel that love happening to you. Or, has it already?) Oh dear <3 So it was Ralph's mom's 21st birthday. This lady reminds me of the grace and eligance of my mom and especially the love she has for her family. How Ralph's family embraced us like we were their own, couldnt have been more blessed. And the more and more we hang out with them the more and more we feel like we are a part of their family. But, I'm geting ahead of myself.

So I walk up to the apt in Queens with Popeye's in tow, about to call Ralph from outside when Angelo, the youngest of their cousins, I want to say high school or maybe even first year college, shouts from his car from accross the street "Hey, just go in!!", "If it's unlocked just go in!!!"

Tried the door, locked.

"Ring the bell and just go in!!!"

Door opens, "Hi tita!! Hi everyone!! I brought Popeys!!"

I wave to Angelo, "Thanks Angelo!!"

Walk in.

Tito Roy, the husband of tita that just answered the door, "You can't bring food here it's against the rules"

Everyone laughs.

Already in awe with Angelo and the entire room of around 10 of us.
